Positive balance in Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover up by 51%

In January, Azerbaijan conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth $2,986,000,000 (-9.2%), Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
Exports accounted for $1,844,000,000 (-1.8%) of foreign trade turnover, and imports accounted for $1,142,000,000 (-19.2%).
Consequently, the positive balance in the foreign trade turnover amounted to $702 million (+51.3%).
