Netflix co-founder: Azerbaijan - country where interesting content can be produced

Azerbaijan is a country where engaging content can be produced and consumed, Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph told journalists at the INMerge 2025 Innovation Summit in Baku, Report informs.

He emphasized that good stories are universal and can be created anywhere in the world: "Entertainment content can't be the same for everyone. The strength of streaming platforms lies in their ability to create content that will appeal to specific audiences. Azerbaijan is one of those countries that can not only produce engaging content but also consume a variety of media products."

Randolph emphasized that innovation begins with small but consistent steps.

"Especially if you're in an industry not accustomed to risk. I always advise aspiring entrepreneurs to take their time in raising investment," he noted.
