Nakhchivan's foreign trade reaches $79.6M in eight months

The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic"s foreign trade turnover totaled $79,628,160 in January–August 2025, Report informs, citing the region's State Statistical Committee.
Compared to the same period in 2024, the figure represents an 8.7% decrease.
During the specified period, exports accounted for $9,072,880 or 11.4% of total trade, while imports made up $70,555,280 or 88.6%. Exports increased by 24.5% year-on-year, while imports declined by 11.7%.
In the same period, the value of paid services provided to the population in Nakhchivan amounted to 136.56 million manats ($80.33 million) - a 5.1% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
