The textiles produced in Khojaly, Azerbaijan, are exported to foreign countries, Founder of Karabakh Textile House LLC, Rizvan Mammadov, told Report's correspondent in Khojaly.
Mammadov noted that the enterprise's products are already being exported to Georgia and Moldova: "The enterprise, inaugurated on May 28 with the participation of the President, currently employs 105 people. Our goal is to increase the workforce to 200. The main products of Karabakh Textile House – various bedding sets and towels – are now exported to Georgia and Moldova. About 75% of our products are supplied to the domestic market."
He added that nearly 200 types of products are manufactured at the enterprise, with annual production reaching 1 million units. Plans are underway to start clothing production, which will employ an additional 100 people.
"Our workforce mainly consists of citizens returning to Khojaly and Aghdam within the framework of the Great Return program," Mammadov noted.
