Foreign investments in Georgia’s economy fall by 53%

Foreign investments made in Georgia’s economy in 2020 amounted to $616.9 million, down 52.9% from the previous year, Report informs referring to the Georgian National Statistics Office.
The largest investors were Great Britain ($307.8 million), the Netherlands ($172.1 million), and Turkey ($108.1 million).
Most investments were made in finance, the mining industry, real estate, production, and construction.
