Cost of Azerbaijan's tobacco imports from Türkiye drops by almost 58%

Azerbaijan imported tobacco products worth $19.2 million from cin the first 11 months of 2024, 57.7% less year-on-year, Report informs with the reference Turkish Exporters Assembly.

In November alone, Türkiye exported tobacco products, valued at $461,000 to Azerbaijan, which is a 91.7% drop compared to the corresponding period in 2023.

Over the course of eleven months, the value of Türkiye's total tobacco exports grew by 3.9% year-on-year to $888 million. Meanwhile, in November the exports surged by 17% compared to the same month last year and reached $79 million.
