Business hub in Netherlands to showcase Azerbaijan's investment potential

An event dedicated to presenting Azerbaijan's business opportunities will be held in the Netherlands, Report informs referring to the Azerbaijan-Dutch Business Hub.
The meeting is scheduled for June 10.
"Azerbaijan, with its strategically advantageous geographic location in a rapidly developing region, is becoming a significant player in the global economy amid recent geopolitical transformations," reads the statement.
The Business Hub emphasized that the event will provide participants with the opportunity to exchange professional experiences and establish contacts, explore prospects for cooperation, and launch new joint projects. Furthermore, the Business Hub intends to organize a number of similarly focused thematic meetings throughout the year.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the volume of foreign direct investment from the Netherlands into the Azerbaijani economy in 2025 amounted to $33.37 million, a 22.77% decrease compared to the previous year.
According to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, bilateral trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands increased by 29.66% last year, reaching $322.524 million.
