Azerbaijanis increase house-buying in Turkey by 12 percent in March

Azerbaijani citizens bought 251 houses in Turkey in January-March, 106 houses in March, respectively down 11.6% and 11.6% from the previous year, Report informs, citing Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT).
In total, foreigners purchased 9,992 houses in the first quarter, 4,285 houses in March. These figures are respectively 9.7% less, and 39.3% more than a year earlier.
Most home purchasers are Iranian citizens, who purchased 1,599 houses in January-March, 663 in March.
The next place was held by Iraqi citizens with 1,461 houses in the first quarter, 644 houses in March.
Iraq was followed by Russian citizens. They bought 938 houses in January-March, 419 in March.
