Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan discuss strengthening economic cooperation

Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan discussed promoting cooperation in trade, investment, industry and strengthening business ties, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said in a post on X, Report informs.

"During our working visit to Turkmenistan for the 9th meeting of the Azerbaijan–Turkmenistan Joint Intergovernmental Commission, we met with Nokerguly Atagulyyev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and Co-Chair of the Azerbaijan–Turkmenistan Joint Intergovernmental Commission.

We discussed ways to enhance the effectiveness of the Commission's work, as well as opportunities to strengthen cooperation in trade, investment, industrial development, and the expansion of business ties," reads the post.
