Azerbaijan starts importing perfume from one more country

In January-February 2022, Azerbaijan imported 256.44 tons (+1.6%) of perfume and eau de toilette worth $4.68 million (+54.6%), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

Thus, 28.31 tons (+3.6 times) worth $ 2.48 million (+2.8 times) were imported from France, 8.89 tons (+5.7 times) worth $ 468,870 (+3.4 times) from Italy, 131.82 tons (+45.6%) worth $372,680 (+40%) from China, 14.07 tons (-77.8%) worth $239,080 (-46.8%) from Russia, and 25.32 tons (+2.8 times) worth $276,840 (+2.3 times) from the United Arab Emirates.

For the first time in 11 years (note: official statistics on foreign trade are open until 2011), this year Azerbaijan has received 0.02 tons of perfume worth $720.
