Azerbaijan simplifying refund of overpaid taxes

Azerbaijan is simplifying the refund of overpaid taxes, interest and proceedings from financial sanctions, Report informs.
This issue is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Tax Code.
According to the current code, the return is made in accordance with a written appeal within 45 days.
