Azerbaijan showcases business opportunities to companies in Adana

Azerbaijan's business and investment opportunities have been presented in Adana, Türkiye, during a visit organized by the Office of Azerbaijan's Trade Representative in Türkiye.

The Economy Ministry of Azerbaijan told Report that a representative of SOCAR Türkiye also took part in the visit.

Azerbaijan's Trade Representative in Türkiye Tamerlan Taghiyev met Bekir Sütçü, Chairman of the Board of the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, to discuss potential areas of cooperation, joint projects and investment opportunities.

The sides noted that a visit by representatives of the industrial zone to Azerbaijan could help them explore cooperation opportunities on the ground. They were also invited to the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, to be held in Baku on September 25-26.

An event titled "Investing in Azerbaijan: Incentives and Support Mechanisms" was also held for member companies of the industrial zone. Participants were briefed on Azerbaijan's business and investment environment, as well as incentives and support measures available to investors and entrepreneurs.

The delegation also visited Abdioğulları Plastik ve Ambalaj, Sami Trafo and Çukurova Silo İşletmeciliği, where potential partnerships were discussed.
