Azerbaijan's wine imports from Georgia up by over 60%

In the first quarter of 2021, Azerbaijan imported 87,449 bottles of wine from Georgia, Report informs with reference to the Georgian National Wine Agency.
In annual comparison, the volume of imports increased by 66%.
From January through March 2021, Georgia exported about 19 million bottles of wine to 52 countries for $44 million.
The main importers of Georgian wine during the reporting period were China (959,040 bottles), Lithuania (245,940 bottles), the US (237,878 bottles), Estonia (161,956 bottles), the UK (117,118 bottles), and Japan (51,346 bottles).
