Azerbaijan’s spending on beverage imports up by 8%

In January-March 2024, Azerbaijan imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and vinegar worth $20 million, 8% more compared to the same period last year, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
During the reporting period, the value of Azerbaijan's alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and vinegar exports was $12.8 million, 4.5% less than a year ago.
Imports of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and vinegar made up 0.5% of Azerbaijan's total imports, while exports made up 0.2% of total exports.
