Azerbaijan's public catering turnover rises nearly 6%

In January–May of 2026, public catering turnover in Azerbaijan amounted to just under 1.12 billion manats ($658.7 million), marking a 5.8% growth in real terms compared to the same period in 2025, Report informs, referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.

During the reporting period, 49.8% of public catering turnover in the private sector came from legal entities, while 50.2% was generated by individual entrepreneurs engaged in this field.

Turnover from legal entities increased by 3% compared to the corresponding period of 2025, reaching 554.1 million manats (almost $326 million).
