Azerbaijan resumes furniture exports to 5 countries

In January-October last year, Azerbaijan exported 28,439 pieces (+2.4 times) of furniture (wooden kitchen, bed, etc.) worth $3.528 million (+83%), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

A total of 1,767 units (+39.4%) worth $828.41 thousand were shipped to Lithuania (+47%), 14,586 units (+2.3 times) worth $818.75 thousand (+2.6 times) to the United States of America, 5,741 units (+4 times) worth $754.45 thousand (+9.3 times) to Georgia, 766 units (+54%) worth $615 thousand (+59%) to Kazakhstan, and 381 items (-18%) worth $180.4 thousand (-23%) to Poland.

Supply was restored to Latvia after seven years, Turkmenistan after 6 years and 4 months, Singapore after 5 years and 6 months, Vietnam after 3 years, and Angola after 1 year and 4 months.

Those countries received from 3 pieces worth 26.96 thousand dollars, 1 piece worth 0.2 thousand dollars, 46 pieces worth 1.9 thousand dollars, 1 piece worth 0.05 thousand dollars, 1 piece worth 1.14 thousand dollars from Azerbaijan.
