Azerbaijan resumes buckwheat imports from 2 countries

During the first five months of 2022, Azerbaijan imported 4,839 tons (+8.64 thousand times) of buckwheat worth $5,334 million (+4.17 thousand times), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.
4,794 tons of products worth $5.283 million were bought from Russia (there was no supply a year ago), 45 tons worth $49.5 thousand from Kazakhstan, 0.02 tons (+4 times) worth $0.8 thousand from Germany (+4.4 times), and 0.01 tons worth 0.05 thousand dollars from China.
After a break of four years and 3 months, the supply from Kazakhstan was resumed, after a break of 2 years and 4 months, from China.
