Azerbaijan reduces exports of ethylene polymers by over 18%

In January-November 2024, Azerbaijan exported 113,893.14 tons of ethylene polymers (in primary forms) worth $127,816,590, Report informs, citing the country's State Customs Committee.

Compared to the same period in 2023, the value of exported products decreased by 11.7%, while the volume decreased by 18.2%.

The share of ethylene polymers in Azerbaijan's main non-oil product exports is 4.83%.

In November, the country exported 5,553.75 tons of ethylene polymers (in primary forms) worth $6,186,870, which is 31.1% and 37.1% less respectively compared to the same period last year.

IIn January-November 2024, Azerbaijan exported main non-oil products worth $2,648,607,360 - 2.4% less compared to the same period in 2023.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations worth $43,109.55 million with other countries.
