Azerbaijan increases cost of steel supply from Turkiye by 29%

In January-August 2022, Azerbaijan imported steel worth $85.89 million (+29.1%) from Turkiye, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters' Assembly.
In August of this year alone, Turkiye exported $10,686 million worth of steel to Azerbaijan (+2.6%).
In the first eight months of this year, the value of Turkiye's total steel exports increased by 16.6% year-on-year and reached $15.318 billion, while in August, it decreased by 18.9% to $1.83 billion.
