Azerbaijan expanding economic co-op with China's Sichuan Province

Azerbaijan and China's Sichuan Province have discussed expanding economic cooperation and potential partnership opportunities in various fields, Report informs referring to the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO).

The discussions took place during a meeting between AZPROMO Executive Director Yusif Abdullayev and a delegation from the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, chaired by Liu Furong.

The parties discussed potential cooperation in green energy, food processing, agriculture, logistics, and education.

China invited Azerbaijan to participate in international exhibitions and events in Sichuan this year and to learn about the activities of industrial parks.

They also discussed exchanging experiences in creating joint industrial parks, developing human capital, and organizing training.
