Azerbaijan, Eswatini discuss investment and trade cooperation

Azerbaijan and Eswatini discussed opportunities for cooperation in investment and trade, as well as identifying products with mutual export and import potential.

Report informs, citing the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), that the discussions were held during a meeting between AZPROMO Executive Director Yusif Abdullayev and a delegation led by Martin Masilela, Executive Head of Investment Promotion at the Eswatini Investment Promotion Agency.

During the meeting, Abdullayev provided information about Azerbaijan's business environment, the agency's areas of activity, and mechanisms for promoting exports and investment.

The Swazi side provided information about the activities of the institution it represents and the economic potential of its country. Azerbaijan was also invited to take part in the Eswatini Investment Conference, which is planned to be held for the second time in July.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on establishing ties between business entities and future areas of cooperation.
