Azerbaijan discusses textile industry, e-commerce partnership with China

Azerbaijan and China have discussed potential partnership opportunities in the textile industry and e-commerce.

The Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) told Report that the discussions took place during a meeting at AZPROMO with representatives of China's Jiaxing Cross-Border E-Commerce Association.

The meeting included information about AZPROMO's activities and export and investment promotion mechanisms, and opportunities for developing cooperation were noted. Member companies of the association expressed interest in textile production in Azerbaijan.

The sides exchanged views on joint export-oriented production, promotion of Made in Azerbaijan branded products, digital sales opportunities within the framework of cross-border and e-commerce cooperation, and other issues of mutual interest.
