Azerbaijan discusses expanding investment ties with China

The expansion of investment relations between Azerbaijan and China has been discussed, Report informs.

According to the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), the discussions took place during a meeting with a delegation from the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE).

During the meeting, information was provided on trade and investment relations between Azerbaijan and China. It was noted that CICETE, which organizes exhibitions and events, also serves as the organizer of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). In this context, discussions were held on opportunities for Azerbaijani companies to participate in the exhibition to be held in Beijing on September 9–13 this year.

The meeting also reviewed prospects for involving local specialists in training programs organized by CICETE in relevant fields, including sessions on the Chinese market and marketing strategies.
