Azerbaijan appealed to Russia over traffic density on border

Baku. 11 November. REPORT.AZ/ Over the past two days, relative traffic density is being observed at the Samur customs checkpoint of Khachmaz Customs Office on Azerbaijani-Russian border.

Report informs citing the State Customs Committee (SCC).

According to the report, currently, there is no problem regarding traffic in Azerbaijan, the customs checkpoint operates in daily work routine. The reason for the traffic density is low potential of the Russian checkpoint in the area to receive vehicles.

The SCC has officially appealed to the Federal Customs Service of Russia taking into account vehicles loaded with perishable agricultural products, as well as relevant measures are being taken to eliminate traffic density within the shortest time possible.
