Zeynal Nagdaliyev: More than 5 billion manats to be invested in agricultural sector

More than 5 billion manats in investment is expected to be attracted to Azerbaijan's agricultural sector under the 2026–2030 State Program for the Development of Agricultural Production and Processing, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Zeynal Nagdaliyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Territorial and Organizational Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said during a meeting dedicated to the Absheron-Khizi and Guba-Khachmaz economic regions.

According to Report's correspondent in Guba, more than 2 billion manats will be mobilized from the state budget to implement the program, while over 3 billion manats will come from the private sector.

"Alongside the coordinated activities of central and local executive authorities, the investment and managerial potential of the private sector will also be utilized effectively. It is necessary to urgently begin implementing the measures outlined in the program for the next four and a half years," he said.
