Azerbaijan increases cotton exports by over 96%

From January through July this year, Azerbaijan imported silk worth $2.883 million.
Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee, this is $0.574 million (16.6%) less than in the same period last year.
Azerbaijan's cotton exports for seven months amounted to $166.219 million, which is $81.632 (96.5%) more than in 2020.
During the reporting period, cotton imports accounted for 0.05% of Azerbaijan's total imports, while exports accounted for 1.46%.
